The climate of the classroom of primary school pupils with adjusted learning outcomes

The bachelor's thesis deals with determining the perception of the classroom climate in primary school pupils with the minimum recommended level for adjusting the expected outcomes within the support measures. The aim is to find out the perception of the school classroom climate of heterogeneous pupils and pupils with a minimum recommended level with special educational needs. The theoretical part clarifies the individual concepts necessary for understanding the practical part. Terms such as the classroom climate, the specifics of pupils with disabilities and the education of pupils with special educational needs are explained here. The practical part presents the results of a qualitative research survey, which aimed to determine the perception of the classroom climate from the perspective of students and class teachers.
Inclusive education of a girl with mild mental disability in elementary school

This bachelor thesis aims to describe the specifics of inclusive education of the elementary school, who was diagnosed with light mental disability. It is the work of theoretical-empirical. The theoretical part characterizes mental disability. It also describes inclusive education and support measures that provide pupils with light mental disabilities. The practical part is processed by the case study method. The aim of the research was to present possible positives and negatives to intergrate the pupil into the common educational stream. The results of this research showed the need to create a suitable stimulating environment for the pupil not only at school but also at home. The education herself should take place in a smaller place in a smaller collective together with intact pupils under the guidance of an experienced pedagogical worker. Furthermore, it is evident from the research that the education of the pupil in the main curriculum is enriching, since mutual interaction has the impact on all participating - so they have the opportunity to learn each other. A comparative analysis of Geography textbooks for children with hearing impairment, children with mild intellectual disability, and children at mainstream elementary schools

The thesis provides an analysis and comparison of Geography textbooks for children with hearing impairment, children with a mild intellectual disability and children in mainstream elementary schools. The aim of the thesis is to highlight the current state of Geography textbooks for children with hearing impairment and, by means of combining findings on deaf education and the didactics of Geography, suggest specific solutions for improving the quality of education of children with hearing impairment through raising the standard for didactic materials used for teaching. The introduction of the thesis explores the position of Geography as a field of study within the School and Framework Educational Programmes; the objectives of teaching Geography at the second stage of elementary school are examined in relation to the target groups whose the textbooks are analysed in this thesis. Support education for pupils with mental disabilities in primary schools

This diploma thesis is concerned with the issues of educational support within the integration of pupils with mild mental disabilities in common primary schools. The theoretical part is divided into chapters which deal with the definition of mild mental disability and its classification, the description of pupils with mild mental disabilities in school age, the specific needs within the education of pupils with mild mental disabilities, the issue of integration, the valid legislature concerning these pupils and most importantly with the supporting measures which are provided for these pupils. The aim of the practical part of the thesis was to find out which supporting measures are provided for pupils with mild mental disabilities in common primary schools and how are these measures put into practice. To gather the required information, the method of a semi-structured interview with selected teachers and the staff of school consulting centers has been used. To further specify the acquired data, the analysis of pupil documentation (mainly individual education plans) has been carried out.
